Eat your carrots!

Looks like we have made enough bunnies for our Easter blog. :) We thought maybe we should compliment the whole Easter theme with an Easter garden of "carrots!" You can check out our other Easter crafts by clicking the link.

For sure the kids are going to eat these carrots.

For the materials and ingredients you will need…
  1. Plastic bag (we use a square shaped 5" x 5" food grade plastic)
  2. Cereals - we used corn flakes but you can use any other ingredients that has an orange color or use cut up carrots sticks. (Just have a dip on the side when your serve the carrots sticks.)
  3. Ribbons and strings cut to 4" lenth - we will use this to seal the plastic bags for the cereals
  4. Scissors - a handy-dandy tool for any craft
  5. Option to build the bunny from our other blog just to have some fun and to decorate your carrot garden

First have a glass or any container to hold the plastic bag then pour the cereals into the plastic. Make sure to gather all the cereals in a corner to form that triangle. As you fill up the plastic form the cereals to a carrot shape. Use a string or ribbon to tie and seal the plastic bag.

Now you have crunchy and healthy "carrots" for snacks. :)

Happy Easter everyone! Share the happiness of a new beginning this Easter by liking us on Facebook and following us on instagram #ohjoyandco.
